Robert Henry Amore, age 80, died May 28, 2002. Retired from Rush Motors after 28 years. Veteran U.S. Army WW II. Recipient of the Purple Heart. Preceded in death by parents Rev. I.H. (Lulu) Amore. Survived by wife of 55 years, Betty; son, Richard (Carla) Rigby; grandchildren, Rande (Joelle) Rigby, Robert J. (Tammy) Rigby; great-grandchildren, Emily and Megan; daughter, Sandra (Don) Frazier of New Mexico, 2 granddaughters, 4 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St., Thursday 5-9 p.m., where services will be held 1:30 Friday. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Rev. Gail Simms officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Columbia Heights Methodist Church, 91 Sturbridge Rd., Columbus, Oh. 43228.
