Mrs. Shirley Temple Virts, 75, of Martinsburg, WV and formerly of Brunswick, MD, died Thursday, June 28, 2012 at Care Haven Center, Martinsburg. Born September 1, 1936 in Harpers Ferry WV. She was the daughter of the late Harold Eugene Myers and Isadora Myrtle Jones.Shirley was the loving wife of Charles "Petie" Virts. They had been married for 49 years.She was a member of the Brunswick Volunteer Fire Co. Auxiliary.She is survived by her husband, Charles "Petie" Virts of Martinsburg; two daughters, Rhonda New of Bristol, TN, Shirl Francke and husband Pieter of Martinsburg; one son, Greg Breeden and wife Debbie of Brunswick MD; two sisters, Jean Cole of Berryville, VA and Judy Bramhall of Lovettsville, VA; four brothers, Ronald Myers and Larry Myers, both of Brunswick, Terry Myers of Woodbridge, VA, Eddie Myers of Brunswick; nine grandchildren, Judy Nuse, Nina New, Allan Breeden, Brian Breeden, Chad Breeden, Leigh Anne Francke, Pieter Francke, Ian Francke and Kayley Francke; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Nancy Myers and two brothers, Derl and Donald Myers.Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 2 at the John T. Williams Funeral Home followed by burial at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Lovettsville, with Rev. Gene Renner and Rev.
