      Eugene Franklin Virts, 57, formerly of Loudoun County, died of a heart attack Friday, March 1, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in West Virginia. Mr. Virts was born in 1944 in Loudoun County, where he was a longtime resident, and attended Loudoun County High School. He worked all his life as a cabinet maker, and lived in Kearneysville, W.Va. for the past 14 years. Survivors include his wife, Dottie J. Virts of Kearneysville, W.Va.; three daughters, Teresa Crews of Harpers Ferry, W.Va., Deborah Carter of Charles Town, W.Va., and Linda Poston of Ranson, W.Va.; his mother, Doris C. Virts of Paeonian Springs; one brother, Richard Virts of Lucketts; four sisters, Betty Davidson of Kentucky, Ellen Gant of Leesburg, Mary Sudduth of Hamilton, and Peggy Virts of Leesburg; and five grandchildren. Services were Monday at Hall Funeral Home in Purcellville. Interment was at Lovettsville Union Cemetery. Memorials may be sent to the American Heart Association, P.O.
