CLINTON - Maxine V. Harrold, 93, of Clinton died 5:45 p.m. Thursday (Nov. 11, 2010) in her family residence.
Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, with J. Kent Hickerson officiating. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Mausoleum Park Cemetery, Clinton. Memorials: Kenney Christian Church or First Christian Church, Clinton.
Maxine was born Nov. 11, 1917, in Kenney, the daughter of William and Mabel Severs Irvin. She loved playing cards with a group of ladies and gathering with friends at the Clinton Dairy Queen. She was a member of Kenney Christian Church. She married Jim Holtz. He preceded her in death. She later married Virgil Harrold Jr. on March 3, 1972, in Lincoln. He preceded her in death on April 12, 2009.
Surviving are her stepsons, Mark Andy (Sandy) Harrold of Fort Collins, Colo.; Scott A. Harrold of Colorado Springs, Colo.; stepgrandchildren, Ann Harrold and John Harrold, both of Fort Collins; Alan Yim of Boulder, Colo.; several nieces and nephews; brother, Wilbur (Joan) Irvin of Kenney.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, two sisters, four brothers.
She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
