Nicholas Lynn suit verse his siblings over his fathers, Nicholas (Von Der Linden) Lind Will

  • Notes
    • Some believe this John was the son of Nicholas brother Michael. Accorrding to the suit by Nicholas son Nicholas, it states John Lind, was living in the Frederick Maryland area at the time of this suit in 1828, which he was based on the birth of his daughter Susanna in 1825 as she was born in Maryland. He moved to Ohio sometime after her birth and before 1839, when his last child was born in Ohio in 1839. I belive John was not able to come up with the money from the suit to pay for the his fathers farm and ended selling the farm and moving to Ohio sometime in between 1828 and 1830. Below is the suit.
