    Flossie was born September 5, 1891 in Lovettsville, Virginia to Michael Columbus and Fannie F. Gardner Everhart. She died August 11, 1971 in Lovettsville. She married Millard Leonard Cooper on December 23, 1915. He was born August 20, 1890 in Lovettsville and died September 4, 1967 in Leesburg, Virginia. Both are buried in the Union Cemetery in Lovettsville, Virginia.

      Flossie Jane Cooper, widow of Millard L. Cooper died Aug. 11 in her home near Lovettsville. She was 79. Mrs. Cooper was a lifelong resident of the Lovettsville area and a member for most of her life of the Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church in that area. Her parents were the late Michael and Fannie Gardner Everhart. She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Loudelle Howard, and a son Gilbert Cooper, both of Brunswick and a sister, Miss Ray Everhart of Lovettsville. Interment was in the Union Cemetery, Lovettsville.
