Both are buried in the Union Cemetery in Lovettsville, Virginia.

Notes - Loudoun Times Mirror, August 19, 1971
Flossie Jane Cooper, widow of Millard L. Cooper died Aug. 11 in her home near Lovettsville. She was 79. Mrs. Cooper was a lifelong resident of the Lovettsville area and a member for most of her life of the Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church in that area. Her parents were the late Michael and Fannie Gardner Everhart. She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Loudelle Howard, and a son Gilbert Cooper, both of Brunswick and a sister, Miss Ray Everhart of Lovettsville. Interment was in the Union Cemetery, Lovettsville.
