Deceased Name: JAMES N. 'NORMAN' BAGENT
Services were to be held this morning for James N. "Norman" Bagent, a plant supervisor, who died suddenly Thursday. He was 57 and lived in Clifton Heights, Delaware County.
Bagent was employed by Buchans Industries Inc. in Clifton Heights for more than 30 years.
He had served in the Army and the Army Reserve from 1954 until 1962. He was a member of Amvets. Bagent was a graduate of Clifton Heights High School.
Survivors include his wife, the former Rosemary D. Crosby; two daughters, Sherry A. Maccario and Becky L. Bagent; four grandchildren; a brother, Richard A. Bagent, and two sisters, Doris E. Foreman and Barbara A. Guignard.
Services were to be held at 11 a.m. today at the M.F. Williams Funeral Home, Baltimore and Summit avenues, Clifton Heights, where friends may call two hours earlier. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery, Springfield Road and Bartram Avenue, Collingdale, Delaware County.
