      Helen "Honey" Welch, 89, of Lovettsville, died June 21 at her daughter's home in Leesburg. Graveside services will be June 25 at 11 a.m. at Lovettsville Union Cemetery. Mrs. Welch was born Aug. 27, 1918, in Washington, D.C., to the late Thomas and Helen Hogan. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Lovettsville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence "Tubby" Welch, and a grandson. Survivors include two sons, Clarence Welch III of Morehead City, N.C., and Robert Welch of Leesburg; a daughter, Susie Silliman of Leesburg; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Mrs. Welch was buried in Lovettsville Union Cemetery. Memorial donations may be sent to the Saint James Reformed Cemetery, c/o Randy George, 523 Potomac St., Brunswick, MD 21716. Arrangements are by Brown/Loudoun Funeral Chapel of Lovettsville.
