Funeral services for Robert Frank Simpson, 59, Moulton 3, who died Thursday, June 24, at his residence, were held Saturday, June 26, at Elliott Funeral Home Chapel, Kyle McWhorter and Dwight Nesmith officiating, with burial in Sims Cemetery, Elliott directing.
Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Louise Simpson, Moulton; a daughter, Mrs. Dixie Dutton, Moulton, a son, Stanley Simpson, Calhoun, Ga.; two grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Eugenia Draine, Moulton; a brother, Oliver Simpson, Chicago.
Pallbearers were Ocie Thrasher, Ewell Thrasher, Rual Thrasher, Tommy Draine, Carl Draine, Grady Draine, Coy Thrasher, Phillip Simpson.
Mr. Simpson was a member of the Aldridge Grove Church of Christ, a Woodman of the World and he was a retired farmer.
