      Saturday afternoon at 3 funeral services for Mrs. Mildred Hodges Haslett, 609 Grant St. are to be at the First Christian Church where the deceased was a member.

      Mrs. Haslett died Thursday at 9:45 p.m. at the Fifth Ave. Hospital in Huntsville where she had been a patient since Tuesday. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. T.F. Hodges and widow of the late Shaw Haslett.

      Service is to be conducted by the Rev. Donald Frantz and the Rev. W.L. Outhouse, Birmingham. Interment will be in City Cemetery with Brown Funeral Co. in charge.

      Body is to be returned to the residence late today.

      Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Irene Hanigan, Decatur; Mrs. W.L. Woodard, Birmingham; six nieces, Mrs. George Stone; Miss Mabel Hanigan, Decatur; Mrs. E.L. Murrah, Dayton, Tenn; Mrs. R.E. Kinan, Miami; Mrs. Lester Thrasher, Decatur; Mrs. W.J. DeVault, Johnson City, Tenn; two nephews, Walter Hanigan; W.L. Woodard Jr, both of Birmingham; a number of great nieces and great nephews and other relatives.
