  Franklin Daily Journal, June 3, 2004 Paul Mills, 78, died Wednesday, June 2, 2004, in Beech Grove. He was a resident of Indianapolis. He was born Jan. 23, 1926, in Indianapolis. His parents were Walter J. and Mable S. (Dumser) Mills. He married Louise (Jones) Mills. She survives. Other survivors include a son, John W. Mills of Greenwood; a daughter, Karen S. Cole of Martinsville; a brother, Harry C. Mills of Bradenton, Fla.; a sister, Mable June Broady of Greenwood; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Florence Whitlock; and two brothers, Walter and Roy Mills. He was employed by Eli Lilly and Co. as a systems security analyst for 37 years. He was a member of Southport Heights Christian Church and a 50-year member of Beech Grove Lodge 694 F&AM. A service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave. in Indianapolis. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
