Jessie Agnes Virts, wife of Leroy Thomas Virts of Herndon, died Dec. 8 in Fairfax Hospital. She was 46. Born in Loudoun County, Mrs. Virts was a daughter of Mrs. Rose Speaks Hackley and of the late Robert Hackley. Surviving with her husband and mother are three sons, Marvin T. and Stanley W. both at home, Roy L. of Baltimore, five daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Cook of Baltimore, Mrs. Susan Spencer of Haymarket, and Ameida, Linda, and Marlene all at home; two brothers, James Speaks of Hillsboro and Elmer Hackley of Middletown, Md., and five sisters, Mrs. Lester Virts of Purcellville, Mrs. Alice Jenkins of Great Falls, Mrs. Bessie Cogle of Harpers Ferry, Mrs. Viola Speaks of Brunswick, Md., and Mrs. Raymond Virts of Lovettsville. Interment was in the Mt. Olivet Methodist Cemetery, Lovettsville.
