  Frederick Post, March 24, 1980 Mrs. Dorothy M. Specht, who resided at 124 West Fourth St., died at the Winchester Memorial Hospital in Winchester, Va., on Saturday, March 22. She was born in Lovettsville, Va., on October 20, 1914, the daughter of the late Charles William and Della Virts Kidwell. Her husband, Marion L. Specht, predeceased her in February of 1951. Surviving are, one son, Kenneth A. Specht of Leesburg, Va., a sister, Mrs. Elroy (Hazel) Grimes of Rt. 3, Frederick, a grandson, Aaron L. Specht. Interment was in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
