      Mrs. Charlotte Inez Virts, wife of Leon J. Virts, 13 Hamilton avenue died at the Frederick memorial Hospital, Wednesday afternoon at 12:15 o'clock after an illness of ten months, aged 41 years.

      She was a daughter of Charles H. and Bertha M. Wilhide Burger, this city and a member of Evangelical Reformed church, also a member of the church choir for many years. Mrs. Virts was an active in Girl Scout work of which she was a Troop Leader and also a member of the Civic Club.

      Surviving are her husband, parents, three children, Roland L. Virts, Bonnie M. Virts and Marvin L. Virts, all at home. A sister, Mrs. Henry B. Wilson, and a brother, Charles H. Burger, Jr., both of this city, also survive.

      The body rests at the funeral home, 106 East Church street where friends may call. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment in Mount Olivet cemetery. M.R. Etchison and Son, funeral directors.
