      Mrs. Elizabeth Virts Woodfield, wife of George W. Woodfield, 5 Walker Ave., Gaithersburg, died Wednesday at the Georgetown University Hospital, Washington, D.C.

      Surviving besides her husband are three children, Mrs. Nancy Lehman, Lancaster, N.Y., Daivd G. Woodfield, Frederick, Mrs. Marianne Hutchison, Gaithersburg, and nine grandchildren.

      Friends may call at the Gartner Funeral Home, 316 Diamond Ave., Gaithersburg, Friday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted form the Epworth United Methodist Church in Gaithersburg on Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment will be in the Forest Creek Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to Epworth United Methodist church in Gaithersburg.
