Mrs. Jane P. Demory, wife of the late John W. Demory near Harpers Ferry, died in the Charles Town, W. Va. hospital, Saturday morning at 9 o'clcock, 86 years of age. She is survived by the following sons and daughters, Mrs. W. B. Shepherd, Atlanta, Ga.; Luther Demory, Fairfax, Va.; William Demory, Taylorstown, Va.; Henry Demory, Gaithersburg; Mrs. Decora Colbert, near Harpers Ferry; Mrs. H. B. Funk, Brunswick; Daniel and Walter Demory, Sheperdstown, W. Va., and George Demory, Charles Town, W. Va. Funeral this afternoon at 2 o'clock, with services in Ebenezer M. E. Church, near Harpers Ferry, conducted by Rev. Elliott. Interment in cemetery adjoining J. S. Dailey, funeral director.
