Eugene Willard Darr died at 2 o'clock Tuesday morning at his home in New Addition, near Brunswick, after a lengthy illness. He was 51 years of age. He had for years been in the employ of the B and O Railroad in the Brunswick car yard. Besides his wife, Mrs. Daisy Hackley Darrm he is survived by two children, Millard G. and Alice B. at home; two brothers, Edward and Luther Darr, Lovettsville, and two sisters, Mrs. Robert Everhart, Lovettsville, and Miss Lena Darr, Brunswick. Funeral Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock with service in the Lutheran Church at Lovettsville, conducted by Rev. Dr. H. C. Erdman. Interment in adjoining cemetery. C. M. Feet and Brother, funeral director.
