George L. Leopold, of Pittsburgh, Pa., died at the home of his father, John H. Leopold, Knoxville. February 4, after an illness of some time of pneumonia, aged 46 years. He was taken ill at his Pittsburgh home and came to Knoxville to visit his parents when he suffered a relapse.
The deceased is survived by his parents and by a s son and daughter: George L., Jr., Knoxville, and MRs. G. C. Cornelius, New York Hill, Brunswick: also by three brothers and three sisters: John Wm., Jos. D., Mrs. Morgan Runkles and Mrs. C. H. Cooper, Knoxville: Jas. E. and Mrs. Emma Ayres, Brunswick.
Funeral service was held Sunday afternoon from the Lutheran church, Knoxville at 2 o'clock conducted by Rev. H. C. Erdman. Interment in Knoxville Reformed cemetery.
