  Loudoun Times Mirror, October 14, 1948 Garland Smith Fry, 49, died suddenly in his home in Lovettsville, October 10 from a heart seizure. He was a son of Mrs. Vida Fry and the late Harry Fry. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Althea Nisewarner Fry, his mother, one sister, Mrs. Ruth Stevens, Front Royal, and three brothers Russell and Clark Fry, Lovettsville, and Carl Fry, Front Royal.
