Officers Investigating Shooting of Marvin L. Baker ? The funeral of Marvin L. Baker, 10 years of age, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Baker, of Brunswick, who died at the Frederick City Hospital, early Sunday morning, from the effects of a gunshot wound said to have been inflicted by his first cousin, Edward Hoffman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin R. Hoffman, also of Brunswick, will take place from his late home at 4 o'clock this afternoon. Sheriff William C. Roderick was in Brunswick Monday investigating the shooting. It was stated that he will make a report to State's Attorney William M. Storm today. One of the county officials stated that he understood young Baker to have said, before he died, that the shooting was accidental. The victim told his parents that Hoffman picked up the gun and shot him.
