Minnie was the 1st of 4 daughters and 1 son of John H. & Arena W. (Barnes) Flett (buried in Anutt Cem.). Minnie and 2 of her sisters, Maude & Annie, did not marry. They lived together and owned a private Kindergarten in Rolla, Missouri. Because of debilitating arthritis, Minnie was confined to a wheelchair for many years.
