Mary Anna Nuce, 79, of Purcellville, died May 6 at Inova Loudoun Hospital. Services will be May 9 at 11 a.m. at Hall Funeral Home in Purcellville. Burial will follow in Hillsboro Cemetery. Mrs. Nuce was born Sept. 13, 1927, in Loudoun County to the late James and Nellie Lawson. She was a member of the Hamilton Baptist Church, where se served as the "Sunshine Lady" sending greeting cards to the members in need. Survivors include her husband, Robert Edward Nuce, her son, James E. Nuce, and her daughter, Kathryn R. Ruckman, all of Purcellville; her sister, Lucy Roderick of Hillsboro, and two grandsons. Memorials may be sent to the Hamilton Baptist Church, P. O. Box 146, Purcellville, VA 20159.
