  She was a graduate of the Lovettsville School and a 1929 graduate of William and Mary, and received her master's degree from George Washington University. She began a 43-year career as an educator in Loudoun County at Sunnyridge in 1935. She was a teaching principal in Waterford, Middleburg, Hillsboro and Lovettsville, and a principal in Emerick and Waterford. Frederick Post, April 18, 1994 Mrs. Eliza George Myers, 85, a lifelong resident of Lovettsville, Va., died Saturday, April 16, in Loudoun Long Term Care facility, Leesburg, Va.. She was the wife of Robert A. Myers, who died in 1970. Born May 21, 1908, on her family's farm in Lovettsville, she was a daughter of the late Samual and Cecila McKimmey George. Mrs. Myers was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters. Interment was in the Union Cemetery, Lovettsville.
