    Nellie was born May 19, 1911 to Charles Chester and Ida Catherine Constable Virts. She died February 10, 1977 in Winchester, Virginia. She married Carl Monroe Hall on March 27, 1932. Carl was born July 14, 1908 in Thornton, West Virginia and died April 19, 1979 in Winchester. Both are buried in Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser, West Virginia.

      Mrs. Nellie Enda Hall, 65, of 373. E. Piccadilly St., Winchester, died today in Winchester Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Hall was born May 19, 1911 in Newburg, W. Va., a daughter of the later Chester and Ida Constable Virts. She was a member of Braddock Street United Methodist Church; a member of Alkire Chapter #10, Order of the Eastern Star of Keyser, W. Va. Surviving with her husband, Carl M. Hall, whom she married in 1932, are a sone, Don L. Hall of Newark, Del.; four daughters, Mrs. Carlin K. Zinn of Falls Church, Mrs. Mary E. Wilt of Falls Church, Mrs. Linda Sue Hammond of Inwood W. Va., and Mrs. Bille Marie Ditty of Wellsburg, W. Va., and one sister, Mrs. Jessie Goff of Rowlesburg , W. Va. Interment was in Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser, W. Va.
