Boonsboro - Viola C. Elliott, 99, formerly of 66 Broadway, Hagerstown, died Monday June 19, at Fahrney Keedy Memorial Home. Born in Myersville, Md., she was the daughter of the late John H. and Lillian Virts Eldridge. Her husband, F. Nelson Elliott died in 1957. She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church. She was also a member of Queen Esther Chapter 3 Order of Eastern Star and the Homemakers. She is survived by one great-granddaughter, Amy Rinehart of Hagerstown; and one great-grandson, Mark W. Slifer of Hagerstown. Graveside services will he held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Rose Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Dr. Stephen D. Robison will officiate. There will be no viewing. Memorial donations may be made to Otterbein United Methodist Church, 108 E. Franklin St., Hagerstown, Md. 21740 or Fahrney Keedy Memorial Home Inc., Boonsboro, Md. 217130-9001. Arrangements are being handled by Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home.
