Mr. Henry Virts, son, of Joseph Virts, deceased, died September the 29th, 1861 aged 39 years one month and three days. He left a wife and seven children. The writer of this knew him well and witnessed his dying moments, and though his pains were excruciating during his illness he was never heard murmur, but was always cheerful, and finally passed away without a struggle.
