Notes |
- Carrol Chronicle, November 20, 1908
Antoinette Cogsil died Monday at her home near Kilgore where she lived with her younger sister, Mary F. She sustained a severe fall Sunday a week ago, and the immediate cause of death was a clot of blood upon the brain. The remains were interred at Kilgore Wednesday afternoon. Like her distinguished father, the late Harvey Cogsil, she reached a ripe old age, being just 29 days short of completing her 88th year. She was born in Loudon county, Virginia, coming to her late home in this county in 1838. She is survived by a brother, Harvey L. Cogsil, who lives near Adamsville, Muskingum County, and the sister referred to.
