Norman D. Clements of Indiana died Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at Columbus Regional Hospital. He was 77.
Born on Dec. 26, 1933, he was a son of the late Hubert and Delmar Clements.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Roberta Fields Clements; six daughters, Judy (and Thomas) Biedenkopf, Joyce (and Jerry) Barnes, Donna (and Larry) Griffin, Virginia (and Phillip) Wells, Barbara (and Donald) Griffin and Patricia Freeman, all of Columbus, Ind., and Rita (and Jerry) Barnhart of Scipio, Ind.; 24 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; two sisters; and four brothers.
Funeral services were March 21 at Barkes, Weaver and Glick Funeral Home by Rev. Glenn Poynter. Burial was in Garland Brook Cemetery with full military honors by the Bartholomew County Veterans Color Guard.
