On February 21, 1999 Ellen Virginia (Verts) Kerwin of Ellicott City, beloved wife of the late William Humphry Kerwin, Survivied by her son Floyd Kervin, daughter Ellen Gosnell. Predeceased by son William E. Kerwin. Interment was in Shepherd Cemetery.
