Home of Oscar Franklin Virts (1877-1967) and Mary Catherine Mann (1877-1942, Long Lane, Lovettsville, Virginia

Oscars father and mother, James Marion Virts and Mary Elisabeth Leigh Virts lived here in there later years in this house until their deaths.

This was also the home of Oscar Franklin Virts son, Raymond Eugene Virts (1910-1989) and his wife Mary Marie Hackley, and Raymond brother Theodore Roosevelt Virts (1904-1996). Raymonds wife Mary was the last to live here and left the home in December 2000.
